When requesting maintenance services, please provide the purchase receipt and warranty certificate.
Products sold by authorized dealers come with a 2-year limited warranty (starting from the date of the sales invoice).
Smart door locks installed by authorized technicians or service providers are eligible for free on-site repair services during the first year, covering labor and parts. In the second year, a service fee of HKD $400 and partial parts costs may apply (additional charges may apply for remote areas).
For installations not conducted by authorized dealers, an on-site inspection fee of HKD $400 and parts costs will be charged during the 2-year warranty period.
Services are provided by our approved professional installers, including the removal of old locks, installation of new locks, and standard testing. Our customer service team will contact you within three working days of submitting your order to verify information and arrange installation. Installation services must be scheduled at least ten working days in advance. Additional fees may apply for extra installation accessories.
