Order Changes/Cancellations
• Requests must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation; late requests may incur fees.
• Contact customer service via WhatsApp (+852 9754 3660) with order number and confirmation email screenshot.
• Service hours: Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00, Sat 09:00–12:00 (closed Sundays and public holidays).
• For installation changes or cancellations, you must notify us at least 2 working days in advance; otherwise, an administrative fee will be charged. If the technician arrives but installation cannot be completed, a site visit fee will apply.
• Administrative fees charged without prior consent do not include installation services; please refer to the "Installation Services" section for details.
• We reserve the final decision-making authority.
