By accessing or using this website (easylock.com.hk), you agree to abide by the following terms. We reserve the right to modify website content (including prices, promotions, delivery, installation, and maintenance services) and related terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon posting. Our company retain final decision-making authority in case of disputes.

This website provides information for reference only. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee completeness or timeliness. To the extent permitted by law, we assume no liability for errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct website content without notice and may cancel orders involving pricing or availability errors.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site (including patents, trademarks, designs, text, images, and advertisements) is our intellectual property and protected by law. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
General Terms & Conditions
• Orders are processed within 3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
• All prices are in HKD. Dates and times follow Hong Kong timezone.
• Delivery and installation services are limited to Hong Kong SAR.
• Payment is accepted only via approved credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, American Express, UnionPay).
• Order confirmation will be sent by email; check your spam folder if not received.
• Contact customer service via WhatsApp (+852 9745 3660) during office hours for order inquiries.
• Confirmed orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded unless specified in writing.
• Out-of-stock items may lead to order cancellation with refund (excluding card handling fees).
• Submit the "Installation Assessment Form" via WhatsApp before ordering to avoid additional charges for mismatched door specifications.
• Products come with free maintenance under specific terms (see "Maintenance Service").
• Pre-order items are shipped only when all items in the order are available. Place separate orders for immediate shipment of in-stock products.
• We reserve the final right of interpretation.
Order Changes/Cancellations
• Requests must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation; late requests may incur fees.
• Contact customer service via WhatsApp (+852 9745 3660)with order number and confirmation email screenshot.
• Service hours: Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00, Sat 09:00–12:00 (closed Sundays and public holidays).
• Installation rescheduling/cancellation requires 2 business days’ notice; a HK$400 fee applies for late changes or unsuccessful installations.
• We reserve the final decision-making authority.
Return / Exchange Policy
• Returns or exchanges are accepted only for products with inherent quality defects. We do not accept returns for non-quality-related issues.
• Please inspect the external packaging before signing for delivery. If the outer box is severely damaged, please refuse the delivery on the spot and contact us. We will arrange a replacement shipment.
• Please do not open the product package yourself after receipt. Our installer will open and inspect the product together with you during installation to confirm it is intact.
• Any damage caused by human factors is not eligible for return or exchange.
• Exchange requests due to customer preference (e.g., color dissatisfaction) cannot be accommodated. Please confirm your chosen color before placing the order.
• The company reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange under any circumstances.
Delivery Service
• The following are standard charges. Final fees may vary based on order details:
- Basic delivery fee is HKD $100 per product.
- Delivery to Tung Chung/Ma Wan/Park Island incurs an additional HKD $200 per product; delivery to Discovery Bay/Lantau Island incurs an additional HKD $400 per product.
- Free delivery is offered for designated free-shipping products (excluding Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Park Island, Discovery Bay, and Lantau Island).
- Delivery is only available within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
• Products with installation service will be delivered by the assigned installer on the installation date. Please refer to the "Installation Service" section.
• Free maintenance for certain smart door locks is only valid if installed by our authorized technicians. Please purchase the installation service together with the product.
• In-stock items are processed within 3 working days after order confirmation, with an estimated delivery within 14 working days.
• Delivery services are suspended and rescheduled during Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning.
• Delivery may be reasonably extended due to natural disasters or force majeure, for which no compensation will be provided.
• Additional charges will apply if incorrect information is provided or no one is available to receive the delivery.
• Our company reserves the final right of decision.
Installation Service
• Applicable only to our smart door locks, provided by our authorized installers, and limited to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
• Our customer service will contact you within 3 working days after order submission to verify details and schedule installation.
• Installation must be scheduled at least 10 working days in advance and completed within 45 days after order placement. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the installation fee without refund.
• Changes or cancellations require at least 2 working days' notice; otherwise, a $400 administrative fee will be charged.
• Installation includes removal of the old lock, installation of the new lock, and basic testing. It does not cover electrical wiring, sockets, or other modifications.
• Remote area surcharge (Mid-Levels, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung, village houses, locations beyond a 15-minute walk from MTR stations): $200.
• Outlying Islands: Service not available.
• For buildings without elevators, an additional $50 per floor stair charge applies.
• The following fees will be collected on-site by the installer:
- Extended strike plate for old doors: $150
- Light shield: $300
- 100mm stainless steel light shield for lock center: $400
- Double door installation fee with strike plate: $300
• If immediate signing is not possible, the installer will leave a record and accessories, and take photos as evidence. Responsibilities of both parties are deemed fulfilled.
• Accurate information must be provided as per the installation assessment. Otherwise, the installation fee will not be refunded.
• If installation cannot be completed due to customer-related reasons, the installation fee is non-refundable, and subsequent changes or cancellations may incur an administrative fee.
• Installation services are suspended during Typhoon Signals and Rainstorm Warnings. Rescheduling will not incur additional charges.
• Installation dates may be rescheduled due to natural disasters or force majeure, for which no compensation will be provided.
• Our company reserves the final right of decision.
Warranty Service
• Please register your product warranty on our website after purchase.
• All products purchased from this website come with a 2-year limited warranty (calculated from the sales invoice date).
• Warranty coverage is limited to Hong Kong and Macau. Remote areas may incur additional charges; please refer to the "Installation Service" section for details.
• The following are not covered under warranty: human damage, misuse, improper maintenance, usage not in accordance with instructions, use of non-specified batteries, unauthorized modifications, damage from natural disasters, normal wear and tear, issues caused by outdoor or semi-outdoor installation, damage due to extreme temperatures or humidity, and damage from forced entry or vandalism.
• Products purchased from authorized channels must be installed by designated installers to receive free warranty. Self-installation voids coverage.
• Warranty repairs must use genuine or authorized parts from our company. Unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.
• Our company reserves the final right of decision.
