The lock also has a built-in 4-inch IPS high-definition electronic peephole and a 170° ultra-wide-angle lens to clearly monitor activity outside the door, and supports remote monitoring via a mobile app and real-time voice calls. The system offers up to 9 unlocking methods, including fingerprint, password, NFC, Bluetooth, and one-time password, to fully meet different usage scenarios. With local encrypted storage and a five-fold security alert mechanism, it effectively protects personal privacy and home security. Smart door locks installed by authorized technicians or service providers are eligible for a free on-site repair service during the first year, covering labor and parts. In the second year, a discretionally charged on-site fee of HK$650 and certain parts fees will apply. (Additional charges may apply for remote areas)
If not installed by an authorized distributor, a charge of HK$650 for each on-site inspection and parts fees will apply during the 2-year warranty period.
