Smart locks installed by authorized technicians or service providers are eligible for free on-site repair service, including labor and parts, for the first year. In the second year, an on-site service fee of HK$650 and certain parts fees will be charged at our discretion. (Additional charges apply for remote areas)
If not installed by our authorized distributor, a separate on-site inspection fee of HK$650 per visit and parts fees will be charged within the 2-year warranty period.
