Smart door locks installed by authorized technicians or service providers of the distributor are eligible for free on-site repair services in the first year, including labor and parts costs. In the second year, a discretionary on-site fee of HK$650 and some parts costs will be charged. (An additional surcharge applies to remote areas)
If not installed by the distributor, an on-site inspection fee of HK$650 per visit and parts costs will be charged within the 2-year warranty period.
