Smart door locks installed by authorized technicians or service providers are eligible for free on-site repair services during the first year, covering labor and parts. In the second year, a service fee of HKD $400 and partial parts costs may apply (additional charges may apply for remote areas).
For installations not conducted by authorized dealers, an on-site inspection fee of HKD $400 and parts costs will be charged during the 2-year warranty period.
