The product usually supports fingerprint, facial recognition, password, temporary password, smart card, and mechanical key unlocking.
You can set a temporary password through the supporting mobile app, which allows convenient visitor access and you can set a valid time period.
It is recommended to clean the fingerprint sensor panel or re-register fingerprint/facial data. If problems persist, try restarting the lock or contact after-sales service.
The lock generally uses a 5000mAh lithium battery and provides a low-battery alert. You can power it via a USB-C port using an emergency external power supply.
Authorized dealers generally offer a 2-year limited warranty, including free onsite repair service during the first year (with authorized installation).
Use the mechanical key as a backup. If the problem continues, contact an authorized service center for inspection and repair.
Virtual passwords are supported. You can enter multiple random digits before or after the correct password to prevent theft of the password by observers.
Installation by authorized technicians is recommended to ensure the door thickness meets requirements (40-100mm) and that the door opening direction matches.
The device can operate between -10°C to +55°C and humidity 0-93% RH (non-condensing). However, avoid extreme environments.
