Warranty Period: Parts warranty service for 2 years from the date of purchase. Free on-site service is available for the first year.
**The warranty is only applicable to products registered with the "Warranty Registration Form" within 14 days of installation.
PF2 Pro / PF7 Max lithium batteries come with a 6-month warranty.
1st Year: Covers parts and technician's on-site service fee.
2nd Year: Technician's on-site service fee is $500; covers parts cost (Note: Remote areas will incur additional charges).
** If the customer installs the smart lock themselves, the agent will not provide a warranty **.
** For all scheduled services, if a change in appointment time is made less than 24 hours in advance, the customer must pay a rescheduling fee of HK$450 to reschedule the next appointment.
